FOR HELLENISTIC GREECE AND ROMAN CIVILIZATION (INTRODUCTION)

1. The Hellenistic culture is a fusion of Greek, Egyptian, Persian, and Indian influences. In this regard, do you think our culture is similar to that of the Hellenistic – a fusion of several influences? If so, give examples of those influences that fused and eventually made up our culture. Maximum of ten sentences, minimum of six.

2. What defines a good leader? Describe at most ten possible characteristics that make a good leader. Based on your definition, do you think Julius Caesar was one? Maximum of ten sentences, minimum of six.

3. On a piece of short bond paper, draw a map of Ancient Italy and identify the regions the three earliest settlers (Latins, Greeks, and Etruscans) had resided in.
